Dimitri Zenghelis is a Senior Economic Advisor to Cisco's long term innovation group.

Previously, he headed the Stern Review Team at the Office of Climate Change, London, and was a senior economist working with Lord Stern on the Stern Review on Economics of Climate Change, commissioned by the then Chancellor Gordon Brown.

He continues to act as an advisor to the UK Government and Lord Stern at the LSE where he is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute.

He has had a long association with Greenpeace, having worked for the organisation in various capacities for over 20 years. In the 1980s he was Executive Director of Greenpeace Germany, before running the international disarmament campaign from 1987-92.
